View on leginfo.ca.govWhere the conservancy awards any grant for the purpose of providing new or expanded facilities to serve the commercial fishing industry, the financial terms and any reimbursement provisions of that grant shall be determined solely on the basis of protecting the long-term economic viability of the commercial fishing industry.
