§ 25795

Statute text

(a)Beginning on January 31, 2023, and on May 1, August 1, and December 1 annually thereafter, the commission shall issue a written report to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee detailing the actions undertaken by the commission in the period since the previous report pursuant to this chapter through that date, including, but not limited to, all of the following:

(1)Amount of funds expended.

(2)Purpose of funds expended.
