§ 22087

PRC § 22087 Effective Jan 1, 2018Div. 14.5

For purposes of this division, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Agency” means the Natural Resources Agency.

(b)“Committee” means the Blue Ribbon Committee for the Rehabilitation of Clear Lake.
