View on leginfo.ca.govThe Department of Corrections shall, pursuant to Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, adopt regulations for administering restitution centers. To the extent practical, the rules and regulations shall be stated in language that is easily understood by the general public.
