Statute text

It is the intent of the Legislature to maximize the utilization of California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority products for jail construction, renovation, equipment, and furnishings to ensure that prisoners work productively and contribute to reducing the cost to the taxpayers of their incarceration.
