View on leginfo.ca.govThe department, by July 1, 2023, shall submit a report to the Legislature on any obstacles to the implementation of this article, and the effectiveness of this article to reduce global warming potential. The report required by this section shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code.
