§ 10822

PCC § 10822 Effective Jan 1, 2011Div. 2 · Part 2 · Ch. 2.5 · Art. 7

Each bond shall be in a sum equal to at least one-half of the contract price, except as otherwise provided in Section 9554 of the Civil Code.
