§ 10214

Statute text

(a)The authority to procure design-build contracts for State Water Facilities, as defined in Section 12934 of the Water Code, pursuant to this article is for no more than seven projects.

(b)This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2033, and as of that date is repealed.
