§ 1170

MVC § 1170 Effective Jan 1, 2003Div. 6 · Ch. 1 · Art. 1

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates:

(a)“District” means a memorial district organized under the provisions of this chapter.

(b)“Board” means the board of directors of a memorial district.
