§ 1072

Statute text

(a)On or before February 1, 2019, the department shall submit to the Legislature and post in a prominent location on its Internet Web site in an accessible and searchable format a financial report that provides all of the following information regarding each home identified in subdivision (b) of Section 1070:

(1)The amount of state funds budgeted to and the amount of revenue collected from the home.

(2)The remaining amount of expected revenue from the home over a period of several years, as applicable.
