§ 1070

MVC § 1070 Effective Jan 1, 2018Div. 5 · Ch. 1.5

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:

(a)“Department” means the Department of Veterans Affairs.

(b)“Home” means a veterans home located in Barstow, Chula Vista, Fresno, Lancaster, Redding, Ventura, West Los Angeles, or Yountville.
