View on leginfo.ca.govThe division shall not issue an operating permit to operate a passenger tramway until it receives certification in writing by an engineer qualified under the Professional Engineers Act (Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 6700) of Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code) that the erection work on the tramway has been completed in accordance with the design and erection plans for the tramway.
