View on leginfo.ca.govThe operation of a passenger tramway by any person owning or having the custody, management, or operation thereof without a permit is a misdemeanor, and each day of operation without a permit is a separate offense. No prosecution shall be maintained where the issuance or renewal of a permit has been requested and remains unacted upon.
