View on leginfo.ca.govAny person, or the agent or officer thereof, who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisonment in the county jail for not less than 30 days and not more than six months, or both.
