View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)(1) Section 2775 and the holding in Dynamex do not apply to the following occupations in connection with creating, marketing, promoting, or distributing sound recordings or musical compositions, and instead the holding in Borello shall apply to all of the following:
(A)Recording artists, subject to the below.
(B)Songwriters, lyricists, composers, and proofers.
