View on leginfo.ca.govWork is done for a manufacturing establishment within the meaning of this chapter whenever it is done at any place upon the work of a manufacturing establishment, or upon any of the materials entering into the products of a manufacturing establishment, whether under contract or arrangement with any person in charge of or connected with a manufacturing establishment directly or indirectly through contractors or third persons.
