§ 834

Statute text

The application for a permit to issue or sell securities shall be verified as provided in the Code of Civil Procedure for the verification of pleadings, and shall be filed on 812 x 11 inch size paper in the office of the commissioner. In the application the applicant shall set forth:

(a)The names and addresses of its officers.

(b)The location of its office.
