View on leginfo.ca.govA person shall not issue, circulate, or publish any advertisement or writing concerning any security sold by him, unless either his name is subscribed thereto, and a true copy thereof is filed in the office of the commissioner at least one day prior to the issue, publication, or circulation, or the commissioner first authorizes or consents to the issuance, circulation or publication.
