View on leginfo.ca.govNotwithstanding any other law, the approval of neither the Attorney General, nor the Insurance Commissioner, nor the Director of General Services is required for execution and implementation of the sale or other disposition of the assets and liabilities of the State Compensation Insurance Fund or any other agreement authorized by this article.
