View on leginfo.ca.govAny person who violates any provision of Sections 11142 to 11145 or knowingly receives any compensation or commission by or in consequence of such violation, shall upon conviction be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
