View on leginfo.ca.govThe commissioner shall, from time to time as conditions warrant, after notice and hearing, adopt reasonable rules and regulations, and amendments and additions thereto, as are necessary to administer this article. The commissioner may adopt regulations not inconsistent with this article pursuant to Section 989J of the federal Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Public Law 111-203).
