§ 10320

INS § 10320 Effective Jan 1, 2017Div. 2 · Part 2 · Ch. 4 · Art. 3

No policy of accident and sickness insurance shall be delivered or issued for delivery to any person in this state unless all of the following apply:

(a)The entire money and other considerations therefor are expressed therein.

(b)The time at which the insurance takes effect and terminates is expressed therein.
