View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)No group long-term care insurance coverage may be offered or sold to a resident of this state under a group policy issued in another state to a group described in subdivision (d) of Section 10231.6, unless the commissioner has determined that the requirements imposed by subdivision (d) of Section 10231.6 have been met. At least 30 days in advance of advertising, marketing, or offering coverage within this state, an insurer issuing a policy to a group described in subdivision (d) of Section 10231.6 shall accomplish an informational filing with the commissioner which consists of the following materials:
(1)A specimen master policy and certificate.
(2)The corresponding outline of coverage.
