View on leginfo.ca.govNo application for insurance or insurance investigation report furnished by such an insurer to its agents or employees for use in determining the insurability of the applicant shall carry any identification, or any requirement therefor, of the applicant’s race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, or sexual orientation.
