View on leginfo.ca.govA disability insurer subject to this article shall not be obligated to provide continuation coverage to a qualified beneficiary pursuant to this article if an insured fails to make the notification required by Section 10128.54, or if the employer of the insured fails to comply with Section 10128.55.
