§ 80100

HSC § 80100 Effective Jan 1, 2023Div. 45 · Part 2 · Ch. 9 · Art. 6

(a)This chapter shall become operative on the operative date of the statute that does either, or both, of the following:

(1)Appropriates funds to the fund to implement this chapter.

(2)Establishes a revenue source for the fund.
