View on leginfo.ca.govNotwithstanding any other provision of law, including, but not limited to, Article 5 (commencing with Section 78760) of Chapter 4, the department shall place the highest priority on taking removal and remedial actions at the Stringfellow Quarry Class I Hazardous Waste Disposal Site and shall devote sufficient resources to accomplish the tasks required by this section.
