§ 6461

Statute text

A copy of the order shall be posted for four successive weeks prior to the election in three public places in the proposed district at least one of which shall be in each county in which the district is located, and shall be published once a week for four successive weeks prior to the election in a newspaper of general circulation published in each county in which the district is located.
