§ 53160

HSC § 53160 Effective Sep 5, 1990Div. 31 · Part 9 · Ch. 2

Statute text

The proceeds of bonds issued and sold pursuant to this part shall be deposited in the Roberti Affordable Housing Fund, which is hereby created. Moneys in the fund shall be allocated and utilized in accordance with Part 8 (commencing with Section 53130).
