View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The agency shall be subject to, and comply with, the same reserve certification requirements as mortgage guaranty insurers who are licensed pursuant to Chapter 2A (commencing with Section 12640.01) of Part 6 of Division 2 of the Insurance Code.
(b)The agency shall not otherwise be subject to the Insurance Code with respect to the operation of the insurance fund, except as provided in this part.
