(a)By January 1, 2026, the department shall engage and solicit feedback from stakeholders on the definition of “migratory agricultural worker” for the purposes of updating the definition, including distance from residence.

(b)Stakeholders shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following:

(1)Representatives from all 24 Office of Migrant Services centers.
