§ 50704.80

Statute text

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:

(a)“Department” means the Department of Housing and Community Development.

(b)“Local government” means a city, county, city and county, public housing authority, joint powers authority, or an authority created pursuant to Section 8169.4 of the Government Code.
