§ 43001

HSC § 43001Div. 26 · Part 5 · Ch. 1

The provisions of this part shall not apply to:

(a)Racing vehicles.

(b)Motorcycles, except as otherwise provided in Section 43107. This section shall become operative on January 1, 1989.
