View on leginfo.ca.govA board of supervisors shall give at least two months’ notice to the regional district board of its intention to withdraw the county, or portion thereof, from the regional district. A county, or portion thereof, shall not be withdrawn from a regional district during any fiscal year after the expiration of the first four months of the fiscal year.
