View on leginfo.ca.govExcept as provided in Section 41705, the bay district board shall establish standards for the emission of identifiable odor-causing substances. Exceptions or variances may be granted from such standards in a manner provided by the bay district board. No person shall discharge from any source any contaminant which violates such standards.
