§ 40123

Statute text

If any person is employed by a county district after certification without examination by the civil service commission or similar body because of his employment in a position of similar duties by the county or by a city within the county district, the time such person was employed in such county or city position shall be considered as time such person was employed by the county district in determining his retirement benefits and salary.
