§ 34192

Statute text

Notwithstanding any provision of law, if a city or county that includes a redevelopment agency participates in the program established pursuant to this part and complies with all requirements and obligations contained in this part, a redevelopment agency included in that city or county shall be exempt from Part 1.8 (commencing with Section 34161), Part 1.85 (commencing with Section 34170), and any other conflicting provision of law.
