View on leginfo.ca.govNo hospital district shall sell revenue bonds until a formal agreement of the sale has been approved by the board of directors, by ordinance, which shall state that the agreement is subject to referendum as provided by Article 1 (commencing with Section 9300) of Chapter 4 of Division 9 of the Elections Code.
