View on leginfo.ca.govThe Office of Emergency Services shall develop informational guidelines for facilities required to comply with Chapter 116 (commencing with Section 11001) of Title 42 of the United States Code and with this chapter, and shall assist the unified program agencies in ensuring full distribution of these guidelines to those facilities.
