View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)A person shall not transport hazardous waste on the highways of this state, or deliver to a railroad or vessel hazardous waste for transport if the final destination of the transported hazardous waste is a domestic facility outside the jurisdiction of the state, unless one of the following applies:
(1)The facility has been issued a permit pursuant to subsection (c) or (g), or has been granted authority to operate pursuant to subsection (e) of Section 3005 of the federal act (42 U.S.C. Sec. 6925) by either of the following:
(A)The United States Environmental Protection Agency.
