View on leginfo.ca.govThe remedies provided by this chapter are cumulative, and shall not be construed to supersede other provisions of law providing sanctions for violators of this part, including, but not limited to, Sections 18870.11 and 18874. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to restrict any remedy, provisional or otherwise, provided by law for the benefit of any party, and no judgment under this chapter shall preclude any party from obtaining additional relief based upon the same facts.
