View on leginfo.ca.govWhen the transferee of a manufactured home, mobilehome, commercial coach, or truck camper is a dealer who holds it for resale and moves it upon the highways under transportation decals, the dealer is not required to make application for transfer, but upon transferring his or her title or interest to another person, he or she shall comply with this chapter.
