View on leginfo.ca.govA local EMS agency that elects to implement a community paramedicine or triage to alternate destination program pursuant to Section 1840 shall develop and, prior to implementation, submit a plan for that program to the authority according to the requirements of Chapter 13 (commencing with Section 1800).
