View on leginfo.ca.govA pediatric day health and respite care facility may implement policies and procedures that prohibit smoking by patients, parents, staff, visitors, or consultants within the facility or on the premises, if the prohibition is clearly stated in the admission agreement, and notices are posted at the facility.
