§ 150701

HSC § 150701 Effective Jan 1, 2026Div. 118.5

The following definitions shall apply to this division:

(a)“Department” means the State Department of Public Health.

(b)“Program” means the Virtual Health Hub for Rural Communities Pilot Program established by this division.
