View on leginfo.ca.govNo plan formerly registered under the Knox-Mills Health Plan Act (Article 2.5 (commencing with Section 12530) of Chapter 6 of Part 2 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code) in 1975 shall be required to file a notice of material modification under Section 1374.69 or 1374.70 for any point-of-service plan contract previously approved by the director under this chapter and offered by plan on or before September 1, 1993.
