View on leginfo.ca.govA health care service plan subject to this article shall not be obligated to provide continuation coverage to a qualified beneficiary pursuant to this article if an enrollee fails to make the notification required by Section 1366.24, or if the employer of the enrollee fails to comply with Section 1366.25.
