§ 1324

HSC § 1324 Effective Aug 11, 2003Div. 2 · Ch. 2 · Art. 7.5

For purposes of this article, the following definitions shall apply:

(a)(1) “Gross receipts” means gross receipts paid as compensation for services provided to residents of a designated intermediate care facility.

(2)“Gross receipts” does not mean charitable contributions.
