View on leginfo.ca.govA hospital which contracts with an insurer, nonprofit hospital service plan, or health care service plan shall not determine or condition medical staff membership or clinical privileges upon the basis of a physician and surgeon’s or podiatrist’s participation or nonparticipation in a contract with that insurer, hospital service plan, or health care service plan.
