§ 131350

HSC § 131350 Effective Jan 1, 2023Div. 112 · Part 1 · Ch. 4

For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Department” means the State Department of Public Health.

(b)“Data collection pilot program” means the Childhood Drowning Data Collection Pilot Program established pursuant to this chapter.
